"Standuply is super handy"
Standuply is super handy for folks like us who are working from home and on different schedules: sharing info and making decisions. Asynchronous team meetings? It's especially valuable these days.
I've been using it for a couple of years now, and I stumbled upon the 'bots' feature, which I never thought would be so helpful: it's set up nicely, and I haven't had to tweak anything yet.
The integration with Slack and Teams is definitely a plus, though I don't personally use it. However, the ability to gather responses asynchronously (and automatically!) is really something special.
I totally recommend it!

"Stand-ups that truly... STAND UP!"
With a global remote workforce, finding times to gather and get updates on a single line of business is quite the challenge.
My team and I have had a fantastic experience with Standuply up to this point. We’re utilizing it for our weekly team updates, retro meetings, and the dev crew is making good use of the Jira integration.
One of the standout features is its awareness of time zones. We schedule our standups at specific times tailored to each team member's timezone. This setup is perfect for a distributed team like ours.
The development teams have organized their standups with Atlassian Jira to align with their workflow. And let’s not forget one more thing we appreciate - the variety of templates. Standuply offers a solid selection of standard pre-built templates, and you can customize each one for free.
Next up, we’re looking forward to diving deeper into the audio and video features since the text functions can feel a bit monotonous. Folks still yearn for that live interaction.
"Standuply is a Game Changer"
Overall, as a top scrum master in a remote software team, I used to be skeptical about standup bots and preferred the traditional offline method. However, one of the teams was tasked with using a bot in Slack for online standups, so I figured I’d give it a shot and see what this scrum-bot-thing was all about.
After checking out various standup bots, I found only one that really impressed me – Standuply.
Pros:
I’ve been using the bot and spent some time getting familiar with it. Now, my scrum processes are running smoothly! I don’t have to stress about daily meetings anymore; it’s all automated. It feels like Standuply and I are a solid team now. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are straightforward. What I particularly appreciate is how Standuply handles time zones and local times, offers asynchronous daily standup polls, automates tasks, provides comprehensive integrations, tracks task progress, has responsive customer support, and is super easy to use. I highly recommend it!
Cons:
Everything works perfectly for me.

"Dependable Application"
In general, we chose Standuply out of various alternatives because it appeared to offer solid development and a helpful support crew.
Advantages
The Standup process has sped up significantly. Our standup duration has dropped from 40 minutes down to just 5-10. We’ve also linked our task trackers to the weekly reports. That said, the initial setup was a bit time-consuming, and I had to reach out to the support team. Now, we’re enjoying seamless standups and an automated workflow.
Disadvantages
It’s great for Standup, but I haven’t tried it for anything else.

"Streamlining Communication with My Development Team"
Overall
About two years back, I was in my third year managing LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions division and started pondering what I could enhance or hand off to automated systems. To get this ball rolling, I kicked things off by introducing bots into project management and scrum meetings. The outcome has been fantastic; it feels like I’ve discovered the support I was looking for.
Pros
The real benefit comes from the remote functionality and its integration with work tools. Slack is where my crew hangs out. Standuply handles all reporting seamlessly within Slack. Now, I don’t have to rise early for a video call; team members can chime in whenever they find a moment during the standup. Over time, I’ve adapted to this work style, and honestly, I can’t even picture how I used to make things so complicated. Another plus is that Standuply integrates smoothly with the tools you’re already using to gather activity logs and give extra context to the standup responses.
Cons
Everything related to remote work tends to favor introverts. You can share your input in writing without having to speak in a (virtual) room full of folks. I get that this is a big advantage for many, but as an extrovert, I sometimes find it a bit challenging.

"Top Polling Tool for Slack"
Standuply is an awesome assistant for project management since it lets you run different survey tools right there. Because of this, the team sticks to all scrum practices, stays ahead of the game, and Scrum Masters are living the dream.
Before this, we were using a standup bot that had similar features, but only Standuply offers:
• early answer reports
• customization options (like icon and name)
• agile chart calculations
• insights and analytics on answers
• multi-account management
• Q/A functionality
• SSO through OKTA integration
I gotta say, you’ll find a basic range of features in a lot of standup bots. But if you’re after a top-notch product for the long haul, then you should definitely keep your eyes on Standuply.

"Standuply Simplifies Team Management!"
In today's fast-paced world, everything demands immediate attention. Got an email? You better reply right away! Text? Same deal!
The downside of this real-time hustle is that it’s tough to focus and get stuff done with all the constant interruptions.
Standuply lets team members communicate at their own pace, helping them maintain their productivity.
Let’s be honest, meetings can be a drag. Standuply cuts out the unnecessary bits and ensures you’re using your time wisely.
Workplaces shouldn’t revolve around meetings; they should focus on accomplishing tasks. Standuply makes that a reality.

"Great tool for managing remote development teams"
This is a solid tool for teams working remotely and for managing standups. Being a remote crew, we rely on tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira—they're our go-tos. Our partners suggested the Standuply Slack app, so we gave it a shot in our workflow. Overall, folks seem pretty happy with it.

"Seamless Team Collaboration with Standuply"
I think Standuply is a comprehensive tool that can really help enhance your team's workflow with daily or weekly stand-ups. Getting it set up is super simple, and you don’t even need to provide credit card details, which is pretty awesome!!! After I signed up, I was given a thorough product demo, which I genuinely appreciated. Once I hooked Standuply up to Microsoft Teams, I was able to automate a bunch of scrum features that my team uses.
The only downside is the access options for MS Teams. However, I’ve heard they’re working on a fix for that. Fingers crossed it arrives soon.

"Standups: A Game Changer for Productivity"
Overall, it feels great to be aware of this scrum principle that serves as a fundamental element in project management.
Pros
Back in the day, when I was handling big projects, my approach was to break things down into manageable tasks, assign them out, and set deadlines. But then I had to deal with unexpected chaos, things going off track, and of course, deadlines slipping away. Now I realize my oversight – I didn’t know about standups! Following advice from CEOs at other firms, I decided to get a subscription to Standuply, and it’s really helped me learn how to establish effective project management practices in my company. Big shoutout to the Standuply team; they’re doing an awesome job!
Cons
Though I’ve only been using it for a short while, I haven’t encountered any issues yet; I’m just getting the hang of all the features.

"Beyond the basics, this bot offers great versatility"
In general, Standuply serves as a solid team-building tool and is the top choice for over 100,000 organizations, such as IBM, Google, and even Slack itself. After just five minutes of checking out the service, it’s clear why it’s so popular.
Pros
I appreciated the customizable interface and overall experience, especially their unique Internal Q&A feature. It’s a fantastic addition that assists us in locating answers to common questions within our group. Everything can be tailored to fit our needs.
Cons
Initially, I found the dashboard a bit tricky to navigate, but I’ve managed to get the hang of it since then. Honestly, I can’t say I have any real complaints.

"Maximize Your Remote Standup Experience with Standuply"
Overall
Make the most of your remote standups and get to know the Standup bots for Slack. Sounds a bit sketchy, right? But that’s the truth we all gotta face. In this tech-savvy world, ignorance is a choice. So check out the details below and see why a standup bot for Slack is an essential tool today.
Pros
I won’t go into why we should embrace technology, but here’s a quick list of what we appreciated about Standuply:
• Time zones? No problem - everything runs asynchronously.
• We choose who gets the results and how they’re delivered (you can keep any report partially or fully anonymous).
• Standup templates can be tailored to fit your company’s needs.
• We can decide on the type of responses (single/multi-choice, text, task tracker ticket).
• A video conference can kick off right after the daily standup.
• We can pull in data from the task tracker to the standup and share it with the team.
• Additional info can be added to the report (like news, analytics, and metrics).
Cons
Honestly, there aren’t any. Trust me, if you use it right, you’ll only see benefits.
"Stay informed, monitor progress, and spot problems early with this user-friendly tool"
Since February 2019, we've been using Standuply and it's been a real game changer for us! Digital Shift employs it throughout all our teams to stay informed, monitor progress, and spot problems early with a single, easy-to-navigate platform that works seamlessly with our current systems and workflows. I can't recommend it enough!
"Looks fantastic"
During my third year managing a HubSpot CRM implementation business, I realized there are still tasks that could be automated. To jumpstart this effort and figure out what could be enhanced or handed off for upcoming projects, I started using bots for project management and scrum events; the outcome has been awesome: It feels like we've discovered some extra support!
